About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Account Executive Team Lead to join our team at Tambourine. As a key member of our account service team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Ultimate accountability for the success of the client relationship, including the client's perception of the value of our partnership.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and provide direction and guidance for designated Account Executive and Account Coordinator.
  • Marketing Strategy: Work with clients to understand business problems and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage the relationship and deliverables of monthly marketing programs, including website edits, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze property performance data to provide insights and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Media Planning: Work with clients to develop and execute media plans, including paid search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or hotel/tourism environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including web design and development, e-commerce conversion best practices, email marketing, and paid digital advertising platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CHDM Certification: Certified Hospitality Digital Marketing professional.
  • Google Certification: Google-certified in Digital Marketing.
  • Short Creative Copy Experience: Experience in writing short creative copy for banner ads and email marketing.
