Key Responsibilities- Organic Content Development: Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, including crafting monthly content calendars, analyzing performance, and reporting key insights.
- Paid Social Campaigns: Assist with creative brainstorming and execution for paid social client campaigns, including designing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable organic social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and potentially others, depending on client needs.
- Research and Analysis: Research and identify trending topics and hashtags relevant to clients' industries, analyze social media performance metrics, and report key insights to the team.
- Content Scheduling and Publishing: Schedule and publish social media content using scheduling tools, monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels, fostering positive brand interactions.
- Digital Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of digital marketing experience with a strong grasp of social media best practices.
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to craft engaging and shareable content (text and visuals) that resonates on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Social Media Expertise: Understanding of the ins and outs of major platforms and their functionalities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity with clients, colleagues, and the online community.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects and hitting deadlines with meticulous detail.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams, both in person and remotely.
- Lifelong Learning: Quick learner who loves staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Compensation will be determined by existing knowledge and experience. This position is a FULL-TIME IN OFFICE role at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale location.
