Role Overview:
As a Claims Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor-related claims through the loss draft module. Your role will involve analyzing various reports to determine necessary actions for each claim, documenting all activities, and communicating effectively with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze claims reports regularly.
  • Conduct daily reviews of stale claims and respond to inquiries.
  • Make follow-up calls regarding claims status.
  • Manage incoming email communications.
  • Apply business and investor requirements accurately.
  • Document all claim activities in the loss draft module.
  • Request disbursements for ongoing claims as needed.

  • Capability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
