We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become an integral part of our HR team at our corporate office in Troy, Michigan, assisting us in identifying and attracting top talent.

Role Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our hiring process, ensuring that all aspects run efficiently from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates to create a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved. If you possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and enjoy engaging with people, this position may be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Scheduling: Organize and coordinate interviews, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.
  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Advertising: Assist in crafting and disseminating job descriptions across various platforms and job boards.
  • Applicant Tracking: Oversee and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate records of candidate statuses and communications.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating necessary paperwork and first-day logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Human Resources department, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a recruiting or administrative capacity is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is beneficial.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for facilitating others' success.
