Role Responsibilities:
As a member of the Call Center Loss Drafts Team, you will manage a significant volume of inbound calls related to homeowner claims. The nature of these calls can vary greatly, ranging from brief inquiries to more complex discussions with distressed clients.

  • Handle approximately 40-50 incoming calls daily, with variability based on call duration.
  • Address inquiries regarding new and existing homeowner claims.
  • Provide updates on claim statuses and other relevant information.
  • Utilize multiple systems to retrieve necessary information for customer assistance.
  • Conduct thorough research through the claims tool to ensure accurate responses.
  • Manage escalated calls professionally as required.
  • Document all interactions and updates in the claims system for comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on claims.

Training and Work Schedule:
The training schedule consists of remote work for the initial weeks, transitioning to a hybrid model with on-site days as needed. Post-training shifts will vary based on client requirements.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- A working mobile phone with service
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
