Position Overview:
The organization is seeking to enhance their Call Center Loss Drafts Team. This role is a senior-level position within the call center, primarily focused on managing homeowner claims. Call durations can vary significantly, ranging from brief interactions to more extensive discussions.
- Responsible for managing approximately 40-50 incoming calls daily, with variability based on call length.
- Address escalated inquiries as necessary.
- Maintain accurate case notes within the Claims system to ensure thorough documentation and updates.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, ideally in escalations, claims, or insurance sectors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Schedule:
- Initial training period lasts 4 weeks, with a schedule from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
- Post-training shifts will be from 10:30 AM to 7 PM or 11:30 AM to 8 PM.
