Job Description

Carnegie Mellon University is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Computing Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our Computing Services team, resolving technical issues and providing expert-level support.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement new technologies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on specialty applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with the Endpoint Engineering team to develop and deploy technical solutions.
  • Interface with vendors and coordinate with application management services to perform server maintenance and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Successful background check
