Salary: $16-$18 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to advance and increase earning potential

Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You'll work closely with our kitchen staff to prepare and cook delicious meals, and will also be responsible for managing inventory and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our customer service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to prepare and cook meals
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills
  • The ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic
  • The ability to perform physical requirements of the position, including frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A team-oriented focus and a deep appreciation for the people you work with
