Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hotel Madera. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register and assign guests to hotel rooms, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and provide a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in PMS systems.
