Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and courteous guest service, adhering to our hotel's standards and procedures.
  • Execute selling strategies to enhance hotel revenue and promote repeat business.
  • Understand and implement our company's mission statement, values, and culture at all times.
  • Manage guest issues with professionalism and maintain a hospitable attitude.
  • Assist with guest registration, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
  • Keep housekeeping and other departments informed of special requests and needs.
  • Check credit cards for validity and ensure cash, check, and miscellaneous departments are in balance at shift end.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and professional lobby and dining area.
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of emergency procedures and practice safety standards at all times.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service at a branded hotel preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • Must have excellent attendance and be punctual.
  • Must be able to perform major life activities, including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.
Working Environment

The Guest Service Representative will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, multitask, and remain service-centric.
