Position Overview: The Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This position involves managing the check-in and check-out processes, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling special requests in line with established protocols.


Compensation: We offer a competitive starting wage of $21.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
The Guest Services Representative is tasked with:

  • Resolving guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Anticipating and addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Maintaining positive relations with guests at all times.
  • Possessing thorough knowledge of hotel features, services, and operational hours.
  • Managing financial transactions accurately and securely.
  • Answering calls with appropriate etiquette and professionalism.
  • Processing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Communicating essential guest information to relevant departments.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping to resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
