Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Review guest arrivals, noting any special requests and managing room assignments as necessary.
  • Check in and out guests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Promptly answer phone inquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Complete all tasks on the designated shift checklist to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Pre-assign hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests.
  • Adhere to established key control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies.
  • Document and submit lost and found items along with the required reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, managing multiple arrivals and departures efficiently.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and operations, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Creative problem-solver with an initiative to think outside the box.
