Mid-Market Business Development Representative, Public Sector SLED

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive, Public Sector SLED to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling Procore's world-class project management tool to strategic public sector agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new public sector accounts and grow revenue through new product sales.
- Prospect, qualify, and close deals with key decision-makers in public sector agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- Proven record of success in an inside sales and/or outside sales-based selling model.
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers.
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems.
- Base Pay Range: $118,400 - $162,800
- Commission: Estimated on-target earnings of $236,800 - $325,600
- Equity Compensation: Eligible for equity compensation
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
