Booth Management Consulting, LLC (BMC) is a dynamic CPA firm offering a range of accounting, auditing, and management consulting services to both public and private sectors across the nation. We are currently in search of a qualified and driven individual to fill the role of Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level administrative support to the Principal and Executive Team, along with other designated leadership personnel.
  • Monitor and oversee the company's project management system for all designated contracts and initiatives.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including training staff on processes, approving travel-related expenses, and enforcing travel policies.
  • Ensure the functionality of office systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with Managers to address client status and administrative matters as needed.
  • Handle subcontractor management and documentation.
  • Generate and review reports related to contracts within the project management and travel management systems, as well as other databases as required.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries from third parties and personnel related to the company.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and furniture.
  • Assist Human Resources and Division Managers with onboarding new employees, including orientation and distribution of company equipment.
  • Manage access to company systems for employees.
  • Supervise the filing system to ensure both hard copy and electronic documents are organized and filed promptly.
  • Act as a central resource for office updates on policies, company news, and events.
  • Oversee updates to the company website and social media, coordinating with assigned staff.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and facilities, including office supplies and IT support.
  • Ensure the upkeep of company property, including equipment and overall office appearance.
  • Facilitate operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employee workspaces and assisting with telework arrangements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting senior executives or teams, preferably in a consulting or office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, establishing strong rapport with executives and management.
  • Understanding of fundamental business and corporate structures.
  • Resourceful and proactive, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing organizational needs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
