Role Summary: The Senior Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting program managers and leadership by overseeing and evaluating the overall status of various programs and initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with an active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple contracts and government activities to identify potential cost, schedule, and performance issues.
  • Facilitate cross-program evaluations to support responses to Investment Portfolio actions and the creation of execution reports.
  • Draft essential program documentation, including Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that summarize analysis findings and program status.
  • Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial reports and liaising with Government Contract Managers to address any discrepancies.
  • Generate financial summaries and reports for program managers, assisting in resource allocation and tracking.
  • Utilize program management tools to aid in planning, documenting, and reporting program details.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting unfunded program requirements in accordance with established policies.
  • Prepare materials to support decision-making processes within the government.
  • Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions to present information clearly.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, or financial management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field is required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables and charts.
