Clinical Director of Autism Services

Key Responsibilities- Conduct various assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, manage, and oversee treatment plans
- Monitor progress on goals and make modifications as needed
- Provide supervision, on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavioral Therapists
- Coordinate with schools, doctors, and other providers for collaborative treatment
Requirements
- Board Certification (BCBA)
- LABA certification for Massachusetts
- A direct line of support from the CEO and CCO
