A talented and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought to join our team at ABA Centers of America. We provide innovative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and diagnostic services to individuals with autism, aiming to make long waitlists a thing of the past.

What You'll Do:
As a BCBA at ABA Centers of America, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. This involves conducting assessments, researching literature, and overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers. You will also analyze results, write progress reports, and provide training to staff and caregivers.

Your Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and 2 years of experience in the ABA field. You must maintain a clean background and driving record. As a bonus, we offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, tuition reimbursement, performance bonuses, and industry-leading benefits.

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
