About the Role

Cortica is seeking an experienced ABA Site Manager to lead its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program in one of its centers. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of the site, including managing teams of clinical staff, ensuring program growth and quality, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide direct supervision to ABA Associate Site Managers, BCBAs, and/or ABA Assistant Supervisors, offering clinical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Program Management: Ensure steady growth rate for the ABA program through monitoring of key performance indicators, achieving budget growth targets, and meeting hiring and downstream patient referral targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits, review reports, and provide oversight to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, providing training and support to new team members, and promoting capacity utilization and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of management experience leading teams in a clinical setting with a strong acumen for ABA operations.
  • Certifications: Current certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Certified, and Safety Care Certification (sections 1-5 and sections 6-7 as needed).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $94,608 to $122,991 based on skill level, experience, education level, and location.
