About the Role:
As a Clinician with The Edinburg Center, you will play a vital part in our Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program. This program focuses on stabilizing youth in their homes to either prevent needing a higher level of care or to support families as they reintegrate into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with youth and families to provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement clinical goals
- Conduct ongoing safety assessments and care coordination
- Participate in an on-call rotation for Children's Mental Health Services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field) and be on the path to licensure or be a Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC). Additionally, you will have prior experience working with youth who have serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range estimated at $30-$40 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience
- A flexible schedule based on family needs, Monday – Friday 11a-7p /12p -8p
- A valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation are required
