About the RoleAs a RN Clinical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization. Your expertise and passion for nursing will help shape the future of healthcare in our community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum
- Assessing physical condition and nursing needs of patients, developing plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team
- Performing all functions of the professional clinical nurse (RN), age-appropriate, developmentally sensitive, and culturally specific
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
Please note that additional certifications may be required depending on the specific department or location.
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
