Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled Major Account Executive to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales position that involves traveling to and from assigned territories and company facilities. You will work closely with our sales teams to identify target markets, industries, and contacts for our product portfolio. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients and close deals through negotiations with C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and close deals through negotiations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, marketing, or communications)
  • At least 4 years of B2B sales experience as a proven closer selling to corporate executives
  • Strong knowledge of T1, PRI, SIP, business software and hardware, applications, intranets, network security, firewalls, TCP/IP networking, and telecommunications equipment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NICOMS, and CSG
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of $69,000 - $136,600 per year
  • A commission earnings target starting at $105,000
