Job Summary

As an Entry-level Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Chief Officers and management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, including product details.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, often with last-minute changes, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare presentation materials, organize meetings, and handle incoming communications with professionalism and tact.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative or related roles, with a strong track record of independence, stress management, and initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Typing speed of 65 WPM with 95% accuracy.
