Spa Coordinator

Job DescriptionSpavia Day Spa is seeking a part-time Guest Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Advisor, you will be the face of our spa, portraying a polished and professional demeanor at all times. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a beautiful spa environment. Our Guest Advisors are friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure each guest feels welcome and valued. We pride ourselves in hiring quality professionals who advocate the true meaning of an exceptional guest experience and build long-lasting relationships with our guests.

**Responsibilities:**

* Greet and assist guests
* Schedule appointments and answer phones
* Check guests in and out and ensure accuracy of all transactions
* Maintain a beautiful spa environment
* Membership, spa boutique, and product sales
* Provide education to guests regarding our Spavia story, products, and treatments
* Maintain and provide accurate and timely responses to all guest inquiries

**Requirements:**

* Minimum high school diploma
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Professional and team player
* Articulate speaker with ability to multitask
* Combined education and previous customer service/administrative and retail experience is strongly desired
