  • Handle employment-related inquiries, referring complex matters to HR or management.
  • Translate employee documents and provide translation services in meetings.
  • Process documentation, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  • Coordinate HR projects, take minutes, and communicate relevant information to managers and employees.
  • Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR as an assistant or relevant position.
  • Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential data.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
