Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including clerical and organizational tasks.
- Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts, updating databases and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate in-person and online training courses, as well as New Hire orientation and onboarding.
- Handle employment-related inquiries, referring complex matters to HR or management.
- Translate employee documents and provide translation services in meetings.
- Process documentation, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Coordinate HR projects, take minutes, and communicate relevant information to managers and employees.
- Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR as an assistant or relevant position.
- Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential data.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
