About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead our rapidly expanding Hospitality TI division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for our Hospitality TI division.
  • Utilize software tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite to effectively manage projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
  • Report on project progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically with luxury hotel project experience.
  • Proficiency in using software tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Suite.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent budget management skills, with a proven track record of managing project financials and delivering projects within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of project managers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
