  • Assist Wireless Sales Consultants in selling telecommunications products and services to guests

  • Represent the store in a positive manner and maintain a professional image
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and process payments from customers
  • Answer customer queries and concerns
  • Provide advice to customers on Victra/Verizon products and services
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and overall store presentation
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges
  • Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control standards

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and understand reports
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
