Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising administrative support staff, and coordinating events and meetings for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and technology infrastructure
  • Supervise administrative support staff, including training and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate events and meetings for senior management
  • Process payroll, accounts payable, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in an administrative setting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and basic computer applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
