As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Patient Care Technician is tasked with delivering routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Your daily responsibilities will include providing direct patient care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a State-approved CNA program
  • Active registration/licensure in the applicable State, maintaining good standing throughout employment
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification during employment

  • Make independent decisions when necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
  • Uphold professional relationships with all associates and vendors
