Home Health Aide Position Summary

We are seeking caring and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team and enhance the lives of our patients throughout our community. This position will provide various non-medical services that allow patients to receive care in the comfort of their homes or other related environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if needed.
  • Provide light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Offer companionship and engage in conversation to alleviate loneliness and promote well-being.
  • Remind clients about medications and appointments.
  • Assist with incidental transportation, such as trips to the doctor's office or pharmacy.
  • Provide Alzheimer's care, including memory stimulation activities and assistance with daily tasks.
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successfully pass a background check.
  • Have at least one year of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
  • Preferred certification as an HHA or CNA.
