Job Summary

The Private Client Group Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and retaining a client book of business with a focus on the domestic professional segment. This role requires a strong understanding of market knowledge to ensure delivery of high standards of service, strengthen customer loyalty, and maintain a dedicated, high-touch service and professional relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Assess customer goals and needs, providing comprehensive advice on banking products while optimizing cross-selling opportunities
Prepare and deliver proposals based on clients' goals and needs, using available tools and applications
Coordinate client meetings with product specialists to support the sale of products and services and deliver comprehensive proposals
Identify potential customer issues and channel them with the responsible units through resolution, acting as a customer advocate within and outside the organization
Seek feedback from customers on a regular basis to identify and address service quality issues
Identify and report any current or prospective risks to earnings or capital arising from violations of, or nonconformance with, laws, rules, regulations, prescribed practices, internal policies and procedures, or ethical standards

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with high-net-worth customers, providing them deposit product solutions
Experience offering lending solutions preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
Reputable and relevant professional certifications a plus

Functional Competencies

Must be a team player, have the ability to work under pressure, conduct business with minimum supervision, and with a professional demeanor
Must be able to solve problems and conflicts, manage time and projects
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and deliver engaging presentations
20% travel required
