Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of commercial clients and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with our management team to analyze credit strengths and weaknesses of prospective borrowers and make loan decision recommendations.
- Structure loans to protect the bank's interests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentoring and training to other bank associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the bank remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
