Service Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatch Specialist to join our team at Top Talent Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our property maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians to set up their schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage and organize package deliveries based on job requirements.
- Employee Relations
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to discuss performance and provide feedback.
- Lead weekly meetings with technicians and dispatchers to discuss ongoing projects and address any concerns.
- Operational Management
- Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and implement new procedures to streamline processes.
- Manage company metrics, including KPIs for employees, to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement policies and procedures to promote internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Additional Duties
- Organize and print 5-day notices as required.
- Perform vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate new directives, policies, or procedures to staff.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge
- Ability to create and manage budgets.
- Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft Office products.
- Attributes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass drug and background tests.
- Competitive Salary
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience.
