We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Services Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team at HCAOA. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing cases and assessing new clients to ensure seamless care delivery
- Providing resources and building rapport with our in-field care professionals to foster a collaborative environment
- Working closely with our leadership team to accommodate client staffing needs and ensure consistent accuracy of database and file information
- Assisting with other related administrative duties and projects as assigned by our owners
- Leading on-call rotations and providing weekend on-call bonus pay
- Prior scheduling/staffing experience, preferably in in-home care or home health
- Case Manager or Social Worker preferred
- Scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs is a huge plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a focus on developing strong relationships with co-workers
- Proficiency in basic computer software programs, with ClearCare/WellSky experience desired but not required
