Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update patient information during each visit.
  • Foster relationships with patients by remembering their names, interests, and personal stories.
  • Address inquiries, alleviate concerns, and respect individual boundaries while being sensitive to unique challenges.
  • Ensure a supportive and compassionate patient experience.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks throughout the day.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in customer service, reception, or a related field.
