Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the facility is opened and closed in a timely manner, coordinating with agency leadership.
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and manage reminders.
  • Document necessary information in the electronic health record system.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; business school education preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
