Job Description

DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Coordination Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing infrastructure subject matter expertise in program and project planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the NC3 Capability Architecture, Capability Requirements, and Capability Programme Plan (CPP).
  • Collaborate with the NC3 Programme Director, Project Coordinators, and Host Nation/Territorial Host Nation Leads to assess technical resources required for successful project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to enhance the quality of project proposals.
  • Document all technical aspects of the project proposal, including technical approaches, methodologies, and assumptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Experience in infrastructure project design and/or implementation.
  • Experience in Programme Management, ideally working with the NATO Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model for capability development and implementation.
  • Certified qualification in Programme and Project Management (Axelos or similar methodologies).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a high level of organizational and coordination skills.
  • Have proven analyst skills, including the ability to quickly and efficiently sort through data to identify key issues or variables to consider in making important strategic decisions.
  • Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate and present complex information in English, both orally and in writing, effectively to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
