Job Overview

The Construction Risk Management Analyst is responsible for assessing and overseeing potential risks associated with various construction initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure a thorough understanding of project progress and quality standards. We are looking for an individual who embodies strong ethical values, demonstrates a robust work ethic, pays meticulous attention to detail, and possesses assertiveness and confidence. The successful candidate will integrate into the construction management and operations sectors of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate construction projects to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding project evaluations while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to assess ongoing risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive records related to project assessments.
  • Support quarterly audits within the department.
  • Engage in additional projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to changing circumstances; comfortable in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Understanding of compliance with industry policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience preferred (experience may be waived with a degree).
  • 1-2 years of experience in Construction or Risk Management is advantageous.
