Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze construction projects to identify and alleviate risks
  • Coordinate with clients for project evaluations while ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to assess ongoing risks
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Support quarterly departmental audits
  • Engage in additional projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to changing environments; comfortable in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Understanding of compliance with industry policies, procedures, and regulations
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (may be waived with a degree)
  • Preferred experience in Construction or Risk Management for 1-2 years
