Job Summary

URBN is seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations, supporting employee onboarding, engagement, and development at the site level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Provide frontline support to employees, addressing inquiries and requests related to policies, timekeeping, benefits, and pay.
  • Conduct floor walks to engage with employees and address concerns in real-time.
  • Monitor HR drop box, manage shared email inbox, and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
  • Organize and communicate associate and leadership engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred, and 1+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, and working knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle highly confidential HR information.
