About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Global HR Compliance to join our Human Resources team at Clarivate. As a key member of our global HR team, you will play a critical role in fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture and workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR compliance policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all Clarivate jurisdictions.
  • Oversee the administration of Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs for all U.S. locations.
  • Partner with HR team members, Legal, and other business leaders to support risk mitigation and Company compliance programs.
  • Provide guidance, subject matter expertise, and assistance in accordance with U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulatory guidelines, EEO, and other employment-related regulatory bodies and best practices.
  • Support Clarivate's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI & B) efforts.
  • Monitor and bring forward information about legislative changes that may impact our employee policies and practices globally.
  • Manage annual replacement of labor law posters for U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico in partnership with our vendor.
  • Manage background check results globally; determine what background checks have cleared and those that require further review with the HR business partner, candidate, and hiring manager.
  • Manage worker's compensation claims.
