Human Resources Director

At Orange EV, we're revolutionizing the electric vehicle industry, and we need a visionary leader to drive our human resources division forward.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Director will be a key strategic partner to our executive and leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive growth, development, and engagement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of talent management, change management, organizational development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish and communicate departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Provide guidance to executive leadership on best practices for workforce development and culture.
  • Identify and recommend new processes, procedures, technologies, and systems to improve HR functions.
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators for the HR department and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist with the selection, operation, and maintenance of HRIS solutions.
  • Plan and forecast strategic recruiting efforts and manage related budgets.
  • Prepare analysis and commentary on personnel costs and budgets.
  • Design and benchmark salary and variable compensation programs.
  • Oversee the administration of long-term and short-term incentive plans.
  • Effectively manage and drive administration of annual salary reviews.
  • Ensure proper controls contributing to corporate risk management and adherence to employment-related laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.
  • 10+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
