Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Office Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative functions, implementing business plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, terminations, and payroll.
  • Implement business plans for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies by reviewing and managing the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR documents.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience.
  • 2 years supervisory experience, including 1 year experience managing human resource processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR).
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Supervising associates and training and facilitation experience.
