The Academy Core team operates within the US Marketing division, focusing on customer education, sales, and training management.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Operations Intern to assist in the execution of operational projects and administrative tasks related to national training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage coordination and registration processes for classroom training sessions across North America.
  • Support the Senior Academy Coordinator with daily operational duties.
  • Update and maintain the internal web portal.
  • Create participant lists for upcoming training events.
  • Maintain a daily log of training event registrations.
  • Gather shipping information for attendees of virtual training sessions.
  • Input data into CRM/Salesforce systems.
  • Facilitate Kahoot sessions as needed.
  • Edit promotional materials and other marketing assets.
  • Proctor training sessions when required.
  • Assist with various LMS administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Develop content for social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Background or interest in business studies.
  • Proficient in social media management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
