Academy Operations Trainee

Job Overview


The Academy Core team operates within the US Marketing division, focusing on customer education, sales training, and administrative support.

The Academy Team is in search of a meticulous and innovative Operations Trainee to assist in the execution of operational projects and administrative tasks for national training sessions.

Duties will encompass the coordination and management of classroom training registrations across North America, alongside supporting the Senior Academy Coordinator with daily operational responsibilities.


The North American Axis Communications' Academy offers instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, and eLearning, training over 8,000 partners and customers each year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the internal web portal
  • Generate participant lists for upcoming training sessions
  • Revise daily reports on training event registrations
  • Gather shipping information for attendees of virtual training sessions
  • Input data into CRM/Salesforce
  • Facilitate Kahoot sessions
  • Modify flyers and other promotional materials
  • Assist with proctoring as required
  • Support ad hoc LMS administrative tasks as necessary
  • Create engaging social media content
Qualifications:

  • Interest or coursework in business
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Reports to:
Academy Manager, North America
