Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Escrow Closing Assistant to join our team at Lennar Homes. As an Escrow Closing Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of escrow transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze escrow commitments, estoppels, and payoffs to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Prepare and review CD settlement statements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain and organize office lobby, welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer and assist incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette
  • Process cash, loan, refinance, and other transactions independently from contract execution to closing
  • Perform assigned clerical duties, including monitoring office supplies and ordering needed supplies
  • Participate in reception and/or customer service training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

This position requires regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours. The ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds is also required.
