Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at LDI Mechanical. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our superintendents and field crews, as well as maintaining the office and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure they have access to necessary systems and resources
  • Coordinate lunch ordering and scheduling for trainings and workshops
  • Track and maintain weekly safety forms and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Provide light jobsite assistance and support field crews with basic paperwork
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Register for city permits and pay fees as needed
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
