Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HCM Account Development Manager to join our Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CURRENT CUSTOMERS:
  • Identify opportunities for Asure's portfolio of solutions to assist them in developing workplaces for today's workforce—and the workforce of the future.
  • Conduct discovery calls, partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts and additional sales resources to close new business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement towards assigned goals.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $56,800-$62,440 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $27.70-$30.60, plus uncapped commission plan and comprehensive benefits package.
