Strategic Client Relations Manager - Large Accounts

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Relations Manager to lead our large enterprise client accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, usage, and recognition of ROI.

This role will involve working closely with our Sales, Customer Support, Product Management, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer lifecycle management. Your primary focus will be on proactively managing the success of a portfolio of enterprise-level customer accounts, developing ongoing success plans, and identifying opportunities to drive customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of enterprise-level customer accounts
  • Develop ongoing success plans to ensure goal alignment, product adoption, expansion, and loyalty for your customer portfolio
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, help resolve issues and escalations, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Work closely and cross-functionally to develop practices that establish, expand, and deepen customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant Customer Success Manager or Account Manager experience, with specific focus on Large or Enterprise accounts within a SaaS or software company environment
  • 2+ years of K12 EdTech experience working with large district implementations
  • Experience with school communication tools, integration tools, and/or SIS a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Project management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving dynamic environment

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
