The ideal candidate has 5+ years of client-facing experience, a strong track record of performance, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Based on industry standards, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

  • Managing account-level P&L, revenue growth, and margin targets.
  • Running account growth plays to uncover new value between Accelerate HC and clients.
  • Orchestrating pursuit teams for new opportunities.
  • Writing proposals, SOWs, and team models.
  • Securing extensions, additions, and growing team careers.
  • Facilitating strategic client meetings and strategy briefings.
  • Working with legal and delivery teams to negotiate long-term agreements.
  • Building relationships with procurement departments and ensuring invoice accuracy.
  • Managing client relationships and resolving issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience.

  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve client/delivery feedback issues.
