Strategic Account Manager

Company Overview: Accelerate HC is a high-growth technology services company seeking an experienced Client Growth Specialist in the US to drive 20% year-over-year growth, establish C-Level relationships, and nurture ongoing client relationships.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of client-facing experience, a strong track record of performance, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Based on industry standards, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description:
- Managing account-level P&L, revenue growth, and margin targets.
- Running account growth plays to uncover new value between Accelerate HC and clients.
- Orchestrating pursuit teams for new opportunities.
- Writing proposals, SOWs, and team models.
- Securing extensions, additions, and growing team careers.
- Facilitating strategic client meetings and strategy briefings.
- Working with legal and delivery teams to negotiate long-term agreements.
- Building relationships with procurement departments and ensuring invoice accuracy.
- Managing client relationships and resolving issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of client-facing experience.
- Quantitative track record of exceptional performance.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve client/delivery feedback issues.
- Product intuition and business acumen.
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills.
