Sales Leadership Development Program: Unlocking Success

We're seeking motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to join our 2024 Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP). This comprehensive program offers eight weeks of hands-on experience working in an Automotive Branch, providing successful candidates with a thorough learning experience through practical application.
The LDP is designed to equip participants with essential skills in sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning to support operations. You'll also have access to professional networking opportunities to build cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development.
Job DescriptionAs an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing branch market plans based on market conditions, branch mission, and financial objectives
- Implementing business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
- Building knowledge of products to ensure effective customer recommendations
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining branch inventory levels
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, including safety, loss prevention, and security
- Supporting employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the development program
- Be willing to relocate for this position, if required
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
